Finally, after weeks of trial and error, going back to the drawing board (literally :S) and having to make my handwriting into a font that *could* be used, I have been able to take my new design for my blog live today :) It has been long overdue, but it looks good so far.. Couple of tweaks that still need to be done, but as with all web-development jobs, everything is a work in progress :) I have used jQuery extensively, and will be doing a couple of changes later on like preloaders for content and such. The hover effects have been done with the animate function from jQueryUI and the images that are used are from SmashingMagazine. All-in-all, I tried to make this theme a typography-only design, minimal use of images. But ja, let me know what you think :) All feedback is always welcome :)
